PM-International celebrates its National Congress and unveils the FitLine AI Scanner
Speyer – On 19 September 2026, PM-International AG’s National Congress took place at the sold-out Maimarkthalle in Mannheim. With a record number of over 3,400 attendees on site and more than 7,300 online participants, the event marked the successful launch of a global series of congresses. The National Congress in Mannheim reflected the impressive international momentum, the extraordinary growth and the global reach of the PM-International Group. Patrick Bacher, Chairman of the Board at the European headquarters of PM-International AG, opened the event and reviewed the highlights of the year so far.
Among other things, he reported on the recent European tour in Croatia, which, with over 4,500 participants from across Europe, went down in PM-International’s history as the largest travel incentive of all time. He then piqued attendees’ curiosity about the upcoming announcements at the National Congress, including new products and the expansion of the car scheme for independent sales partners.
New innovations in cosmetics – personalised skincare meets AI
In the cosmetics sector, PM-International is presenting an enhanced, comprehensive anti-ageing skincare range. The existing 4ever range, designed for normal to combination skin, will form part of a ‘Skin Longevity’ routine that is more specifically tailored to different skin types and the skin’s needs during the day and at night. A new addition is 4ever enriched, a rich day cream specifically for dry and demanding skin. The range is complemented by the new night cream, 4ever overnight enriched, which has been developed for all skin types and provides intensive care for the skin during its night-time regeneration phase.
All three skincare products are based on the exclusive NTC® nutrient transport concept and combine innovative, scientifically validated active ingredients. FitLine is thus evolving the well-known 4ever skincare range into a holistic skincare concept that takes into account the individual needs of different skin types.
AI-powered skin analysis with the FitLine AI Scanner
A unique world first complements the new skincare range: the FitLine AI Scanner, which can be activated via the free FitLine app, uses AI-powered technology to analyse more than 100 points and characteristics of the skin and compares the results with the FitLine products and their ingredients. On this basis, it identifies suitable products for each skin type and generates a specific, personalised recommendation for an individual skincare routine.
In doing so, the FitLine AI Scanner follows FitLine’s holistic ‘inside-and-out’ approach: in addition to suitable beauty products for external care, selected FitLine nutritional supplements are also included in the recommendations. In this way, the technology combines skin analysis and individual product recommendations for both internal and external care within a single digital tool.
Through the combination of personalised skin longevity care and AI-supported skin analysis, FitLine is creating a new approach to more easily identify individual skin needs and select the appropriate products in a targeted manner. PM-International is thus the only company worldwide to offer this technology to support its sales operations.
A patent application has already been filed for the FitLine AI Scanner.
Expanding mobility through a scooter programme
In addition to its existing car programme, PM-International is expanding its mobility concept to include a new scooter programme. “Particularly in large cities, where a scooter is often more flexible and practical than a car in everyday life, the scooter programme offers an attractive alternative. At the same time, the purchase price and running costs are generally lower,” said Patrick Bacher. This gives sales partners an additional and more cost-effective way to get around, whilst also allowing them to benefit from grants of up to €350 from PM-International alongside the car programme.
International Expansion and Outlook
This year’s National Congress at the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim set the stage perfectly for an exciting final push into 2026. General Manager Sales Germany, Gisela Adler, concluded the successful event with a summary of the proceedings and an outlook on the final quarter of the year, and thanked all the day’s speakers and the guests in attendance.
Numerous new openings characterised PM-International’s anniversary year. In addition to entering new markets in Kazakhstan and Estonia, the company opened new offices in Tokyo and Valencia, as well as new Direct Sales Centres (DSCs) in New York, Orange County, California, and Bolivia. This steady global expansion underlines the company’s international commitment to improving quality of life worldwide with its FitLine premium products.
At the same time, Mannheim marked the start of the global congress series: numerous other national congresses will follow in the coming weeks, bringing the latest innovations and ideas to the PM Group’s international markets.
