The company

Since its founding in 1985, LR Health & Beauty has become one of the leading European suppliers of premium health and beauty products in direct sales. The company employs a workforce of around 1,200 employees at its international locations. Since 2013 it has been an integral part of the portfolio of the private equity company Quadriga Capital.

Andreas Laabs has been CEO of LR Health & Beauty since 2022.

Thousands self-employed registered sales partners and customers in 28 markets are actively working for LR Health & Beauty.



The range

Under the motto "More quality for your life“, the LR Group with headquarters in Ahlen/Westphalia produces and markets various health and beauty products. This includes body care and cosmetic products, perfumes and dietary supplements. Since its founding, LR has been producing mainly in Germany in line with the quality principle “Made in Germany”. Stringent internal monitoring and independent lab service providers like SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS and Dermatest guarantee product quality. LR does not test its products on animals and attaches high priority to recyclable raw materials, environmentally friendly production processes and energy-saving logistic solutions. In the fragrance segment LR cooperates with Bruce Willis, Emma Heming-Willis, Cristina Ferreira and Guido Maria Kretschmer. 

The sales model

For partners LR provides a simple and transparent way to independence and in many perspectives quality for life. The company rewards the individual commitment of its sales partners and offers above-average income opportunities for all. LR’s unique car plan offers the possibility of driving a car at an early stage. To this effect, LR has entered into partnerships with Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Smart, Opel, BMW and Renault. In addition, LR set great value on professional trainings: The LR Academy stands for a target-oriented training system that provides all participants with detailed know-how necessary for their personal success.


LR Global Kids Fund e.V.

The company motto "More quality for your life" does not only apply to the products and the business model but also for the social responsibility of LR Health & Beauty. Therefore the direct sales company initiated the LR Global Kids Fund 2009. The association is based on the joint engagement of the company, its employees, sales partners and customers and supports children aids projects in countries where LR does business. The organisation aims to improve the living conditions of children in need. In order to provide assistance quickly without bureaucracy, the LR Global Kids Fund cooperates with local establishments on site on the international markets.
