The BDD is Germany's leading organization in direct selling. Founded in 1967, the BDD has been part and parcel in representing key industry interests on various levels of governance. It seeks to promote direct selling as a reliable distribution channel and simultaneously creates a higher awareness of milestones in direct selling.
